POLICIES

Deposits & Payments

A 50% deposit will be required during the time of booking. The remainder of your service fee(s) will be charged once your service has been completed. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless you have rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment.

No Shows

We understand that life is busy, however we do advise being mindful about prior commitments before booking a service with us. Failure to show to an appointment will result in immediate banning from booking.

Running Late

There is a 10 minute grace period for individuals who are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late there will be an additional 20% service charge.

Cancellation/ Reschedule policy

Please allow a 24 hour window, prior to your appointment, if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you reschedule within the 24 hour window, you will need to make another deposit to book. Canceling within the 24 hour window will result in a 25% cancellation fee.

Squeeze-in Appointments

Squeeze-in appointments are available. Fee required. Contact for more information and availability.

Covid Policy 

As we approach another rising of Covid, masks are now required. Please reschedule and/or do not come in if you aren’t feeling well, have been exposed to Covid, or any other contagious virus. 

Guest Policy

No outside guest or children will be allowed in the room while you are being serviced. 

How long after shaving should I wait to come and get waxed/sugared? 

There should be at LEAST a 3 week time frame until you come in. 4 weeks is recommended for better results. 

How long until I can exfoliate?

1-2 days after your wax/ sugar. Skin should be exfoliated at least 3 times a week.

Is there parking ? 

Plenty. There is a guest parking lot, but if it’s full, guests can also park along side the driveway of the parking lot.
